Super disappointed with this place. This is a customer service review. The last time I came they double booked and were not able to do my hair. I was not happy but they asked me to come back in a hour and they could do it then. Luckily I was not busy that day and was able to accommodate the request. Today they were fitting me in for a touch up color and I was 10 minutes late and they refused to color my hair. That was my fault as I was late. I know it doesn’t matter that a water line broke on the freeway and caused major traffic. However as the receptionist was asking the stylist if she would still see me, the stylist was loud in her discussed for my late arrival and she doesn’t feel bad at all. I am still sitting outside typing this review and still her other client has not showed up yet now 35 minutes later. I guess that is what I get for not letting them know how inconvenient it was for me to have wait an hour when they messed up. Sad that Arizona Hair Co is training there employees this way.

Worst hair cut I have ever had. This guy totally just cut did not even check to see it was even. I mean I said I want my ears cut out one side is not cut around the ear but straight across the top the other side is hanging down over my ear. I ask him the thin the top which he was totally confused about did it in two spots and now I have hair that is 2 inches and hair that is 1/4inch on top. If I take my hands through my hair on the crown of my head like stylist have always done my hair on one side of my head is at least 1/4-1/2 longer on one side than the other. Hair grows back but I will never come back to this place, you need to hire qualified stylist he is not. I gave a 3 only because the girl that welcomed me and the guy that took my money were nice but a wasted 27.00 when I got home and my hair dried and I saw how bad it was I was sooooooooo angry I tipped him at all.

I LOVE Maria!! I followed her from the Tempe location because she’s worth it! And I like this location – way more chill than the others I’ve been to…Maria does my blonde highlights, lowlights and even lil peek-a-boo pink(sometimes) like a boss!! She now does my sister’s hair, cuts my Dad and my BF hair tool! I’d recommend her over and over for just about any kind of color, cut or style you would want! She seems to do it all!

Critical: ProfessionalismTonight my husbands place couldn’t get him in for a beard trim. So he called here and was immediately told yes come in!It’s really interesting to me that this person said they could do a beard trim than had to have my husband walk her through what needed to happen. He did NOT receive an actual beard trim at all. When he walked out I actually asked him why they didn’t do his beard. My husband is not the type to argue anyone, especially a woman, so he paid and left. If we didn’t have an angry baby in the car though I would have gone back inside for our money back.If you cannot perform a service do not say that you can. If you have to have your client walk through a service you do not charge for that service. Giggling and saying “ohh this is different than regular hair” isn’t cute you just made yourself look even more ignorant. Not cute. You stole from us because you needed a client at that moment.
