Critical: QualityI have done 10 sessions for full face laser. I didn’t see any results. When I called them that after 10 sessions I didn’t see any results and even during my treatments I always let them know that not seeing much difference. They setup my consultation again and my neck area has more hair now than before the treatment. The 2 nurses over there told me that you may have some hormonal issues consult your obg. Suppose if I have hormonal imbalance then not only the half neck they treated are gonna have more hair and that too coarse and half neck doesn’t where I never used razor. I am very disappointed. They are giving me one complementary setting. Hormonal issue the most prominent areas are upper lip, down the abdomen line, chin, chest not the just half neck. I want to give them 0 stars but no option. The nurses over there should need to learn more about hormonal issues and then conclude any decision. Critical: ProfessionalismI had a consultation for kybella under my chin the nurse recommended I get two vials of kyabella. After doing some more research I decide to call back To schedule an appointment the woman at the front desk told me in order to move forward with the treatment I would have to pay for two vials of kybella and pay half for the 3rd vial for future treatment. I don’t have a lot of fat under my chin to get three vials HOWEVER I do know that TWO vials is commonly recommended based on research! BUT I’ve never heard of paying for HALF OF A VIAL IN ADVANCE unless it’s a promo! Why in the world would I pay for a future treatment if I have no clue how my body will react to this stuff or if I just like my results with the two vials??!!!It’s one thing to have a recommendation but if I don’t feel comfortable with paying in advance for a 3rd session because I don’t know how my results will turn out with two vials is ridiculous! One thing I have learned over the years is starting off with little and working your way up is the best way to go when it comes to getting cosmetic work done! It’s harder to take out then put in & The only reason I when here is because the doctor who normally does my Botox and dermal fillers told me I didn’t have enough fat for kybella. I had a consultation for kybella under my chin the nurse recommended I get two vials of kyabella. After doing some more research I decide to call back To schedule an appointment the woman at the front desk told me in order to move forward with the treatment I would have to pay for two vials of kybella and pay half for the 3rd vial for future treatment. I saw Analy and she was very sweet and thorough while explaining what was being done to my face during my deluxe hydra facial. Analy showed me all of the extracted dead skin and white/black heads at the end of my treatment. I recommend this place to anyone who loves to get pampered and receive quality treatments. I saw Analy and she was very sweet and thorough while explaining what was being done to my face during my deluxe hydra facial. She was thorough and explained the procedure step by step. Ariba also followed up with pre and after care instructions via email. I’ve had cool sculpting done in the past at a different spa and I would say my experience here was way better. I am already showing results after a month and will see my full results in 2 more months.I’ve also had a hydra facial done Analy and it was so relaxing and super cool to see all the gunk collected in the jar afterwards.Super happy with my experience here at Ariba and will be looking forward to return in the future!Ariba Medical Spa has been so wonderful!
