I’ve been going to Aquafix for years and Jeff does an excellent job with my hot tub and will give you honest answers so you don’t need to spend money on things you don’t need or don’t need to be repaired. Randee runs the shop and is also very knowledgeable about all the products and can order just about anything. I’m really happy with their service & friendliness. And I just found out they also work on pool equipment!

I really don’t need to leave a review because I’ve heard nothing but good things from other people about this place. But, I needed a new valve knob for a hot tub I recently acquired. Not only did they give me a replacement at no cost because it was under warranty, they helped me get my pump working again with a few simple steps (air locked). Probably some of the friendliest most down to earth people I have encountered in a while. I will definitely be back! Thanks again!

We originally went here just to look as we had already made up our minds on ordering a tub from Costco,after speaking with Randi and getting pricing we were more than satisfied with the service, quality, and price so we decided to order a tub from her. I did more research on other tubs before buying here and it just kept making more sense to get a tub from a local company and Marquis quality is very good. The price/quality is what really pushed us into buying here instead of Costco as the prices were much more inline with our budget than other tubs we had seen at the other dealers selling around the area. The delivery and installation went very well and they were very accommodating to our schedule.
