I had one of the best facials I’ve ever had with Kathleen. She was so kind and warm. My skin has been glowing for 2 days already. The whole staff was calm and made my afternoon feel very serene. The locker room and the spa lounge were clean and lovely. Nothing beats the view in the spa lounge. 10/10 service. I will come back each year we visit the obx.

The staff was great – and the treatments were amazing and on target – Mike was amazing -the Fire and Ice Massage (Massage) exceeded my hopes and he was easy to talk to and willing to explain everything he was doing – if needed. Larisa was great too – she was so nice and allowed the experience -AQUA Spa Pedicure (Pedicures) and Boardwalk Basic Manicure (Manicures) to be a time of reflection and me time. Highly recommend the spa – from start to finish – the location, setting and staff were 10’s.

My sister and I came in for the 1st time for pedicures. I can not say enough how WONDERFUL, AMAZING, SWEET and KIND Natalia is!!! She was very personable and we loved being able to ask her questions and just get to know her. I have never felt so relaxed and she did such an AMAZING job!!! We both said that we have found our new yearly relaxation routine and will definitely be back to see Natalia!!! She’s a true keeper!!!

The facility was very nice. The decor was pleasent and calming. Everything was clean. Mostly anything I could want was available. The staff were professional. My massage from Melanie was great. She was clearly well trained as a masseuse. One thing missing was scent. Most spas have some aroma either in the air or in the massage oil. I find having an aroma is an important aspect of the spa experience. I was told the massage oil was sunflower oil. The scent reminded me of cooking oil, which made me think about cooking rather than the relaxing scent of a spa massage.

This is a very nice spa. I had a wonderfully relaxing facial with Kathleen that was perfect for my sensitive skin. She is a warm, friendly, and attentive aesthetician. The spa uses Eminence products which are top notch, and Kathleen shared which products were used and worked well for my skin. All spas should do this! The spa has a peaceful lounge overlooking the bay. Great experience all around. I only wish I’d gone for the longer facial. 🙂

Clean and peaceful spa. Gorgeous sound views and wonderful accommodations. Staff was kind and obliging. Mike gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had and also was a fountain of knowledge for how to strengthen an old injury! Highly recommend this place.

Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed our massages. The staff was welcoming, professional and skilled at their practice. The facility was clean and sooo relaxing.We’ve been to other spas where arranging multiple treatments at the same time was difficult and very unorganized. Our experience was unmatched. We will be back!

I went for a Brazilian. Kathleen was amazing and took her time, though she did miss some spots (I have fine hair, so no hate there, it was a 45 minute appointment). I felt the price was a little steep, but assumed it was “high-end” pricing. Even so, I shouldn’t have to tweeze and also shave as much after the fact for what I paid. I also wasn’t super confident that Kathleen was confident in Brazilians as she was so apologetic even before we started. Lady, I signed myself up for this, no need to apologize to my poor life choices, lol. All in all a great experience, she was delightful and pleasant and I appreciated that she didn’t rush. However i do feel she should be a little more confident and less apologetic, and I shouldn’t have to groom as much as I did for what I paid.
