Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI scheduled a 10:00AM appointment the day before. When I arrived for my appointment, there were three ladies ahead of me. The ladies were seated while I waited for the receptionist. I mentioned my appoint and was then seated. While I was waiting, the manicurist’s were attending to the other customers and the receptionist was cleaning the restroom. I waited 15 minutes and decided to leave. At that point, I was assured I would be next.
