I love the way Renee takes pride in taking care of my hair. She always make sure my hair is healthy and never over processed. I’ve had stylist in the past who didn’t care about treating my hair right to ensure healthy growth. I’m so thankful for the results over the past few years. Critical: Professionalism, QualityAfter talking to this Renee person and texting her pictures of my family’s hair she completely forgot about us and didn’t get back to me for days. She did apologize for that time. Next I’m trying to make an appointment and it’s just so hard dealing with this level of unprofessionalism. Again I’m left hanging and given wrong information about my hair. So if it’s this hard to just get good service over the phone no way can she deliver in her chair.Too many black owned businesses are failing and the hair salon right next to her recently went out of business so that should be a wake up call and after reading some reviews her prices are too high anyway.Moving on to the next stylist who will hopefully be more professional.After talking to this Renee person and texting her pictures of my family’s hair she completely forgot about us and didn’t get back to me for days. After talking to this Renee person and texting her pictures of my family’s hair she completely forgot about us and didn’t get back to me for days. She did apologize for that time. Next I’m trying to make an appointment and it’s just so hard dealing with this level of unprofessionalism. Again I’m left hanging and given wrong information about my hair. After one visit I noticed Ms. Renee is very skilled at what she does! She is very professional and is one of the few hairdressers I’ve encountered that seem to love doing hair! When I came to Ms. Renee my 7 month dreads were very dull and lifeless. In that first visit she has revived my locs and my only regret is not finding her earlier!
