Warm welcoming atmosphere, shop is always clean, and staff is very friendly. Shauna, the owner, who has been cutting my son’s hair for years, has a special connection with every customer. My son has different abilities and her touch and tone when she speaks to him makes him feel comfortable and at ease when he comes to get a haircut. She gives him her undivided attention when he is in her chair. He loves going to the barbershop where as past experiences at other shops gave him such anxiety. Her shop is very peaceful, full of love, and provides a safe place for everyone to feel welcome.

I was in search for a barber in my area to have my locs cut off and I came across Anointed Cutz. I saw the reviews were really good so I set up my appointment with Ms.Shauna and Ms.Shay, because I also wanted to add some color to my hair after my locs were cut off. I must say the environment was so welcoming and positive! Ms.Shauna and Ms.Shay was so nice and I’m usually an introvert but I turned into an extrovert with them lol. I really love my new haircut and have gotten so many compliments! I will be coming back with my son next time! They definitely just earned them a new customer!

My 3 year old son absolutely hates going to the barber! I’ve tried several different barbers with no luck. He would cry hysterically to the point of throwing up and couldn’t get a good cut no matter how nice and patient the barber was. I honestly gave up because I just couldn’t see putting him through the trauma anymore. Thankfully I was referred to Shauna Greene at Anointed Cutz Barbershop and I am beyond pleased. He did soooo good in her chair. He was cooperative, interactive and had very minimal tears. A much better experience. Far better than I anticipated. She worked so well with him plus his cut is super cute!!! I was shocked, surprised, pleased and impressed!! I will be bringing him back for sure!!!
