I recently had the pleasure of experiencing THE MOST AMAZING deep massage and facial at Anita’s Touch. I was hesitant because the Groupon price was sooo low (as are the regular prices) – but I figured “what the heck”. Well, much to my very pleasant surprise – I got the most incredible 75 minute massage from Ms. Anita and a microderm facial – that actually made HUGE difference and showed immediate results – from Ms. Stormy. Let me just say – these 2 ladies are the real deal!!! Not to mention, the rooms there are WAY cooler than most and make the whole spa atmosphere an experience in itself! (My pictures don’t do justice). It is obvious from the moment you step inside – you’ll be pampered and polished as they dote on your every need and make you feel so relaxed and amazing. Definitely a return customer. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment!! Thank you to them for such an excellent experience – you ladies are the BEST!!!

My friend bought me a groupon to this place. I played phone tag so many times to Anita before my appointment which was quite frustrating. FINALLY, I got an appointment. Upon arrival, I almost left because the decor is kind of cheap looking and not very desirable. HOWEVER, since my lower back has been an issue I stayed. I AM GLAD I DID!

Absolutely awful. My husband and I were given a groupon for a couples massage. I called and made an appointment, all went well. I was called back by the salon two days before our scheduled appointment for someone to tell me we were booked wrong so we needed to make a new appointment. Okay, I get that that can happen sometimes, I was annoyed but I made another appointment for two weeks later. My husband and I got his mother to watch our two small children and rearranged our schedule to meet their needs. My husband and I just got there 10 minutes early for our appointment for us to stand in an empty front area to wait for someone to greet us. We were the only customers there. A few minutes later, someone comes out and disappointedly asks “are you here for the couples massage?” We tell her yes and she proceeds to tell us she “called me” three times the day before to reschedule, AGAIN. I was never called, never left a message, nothing. So she says we can reschedule AGAIN or sit and wait for an hour or she’ll reimburse the purchase. We tell her have to call my mother-in-law. We step out to make our phone call. SHE FREAKING LEFT!! Didn’t say a word. She just walked away from the store! The store looks dirty and cheap and has absolutely the WORST customer service. Do not go here or waste your money on groupons/gifts from this place. You and the people you get this for will be very upset. Total waste of time. I would give negative stars if possible.
