The haircut was good and I was happy with it. Then, I asked for quote of highlight. It was given to me as $120 for medium long hair which is a reasonable price, but when it was finished, they tried to charge me a lot more due to bleach and conditioning… but it was not mentioned to me up front. The highlight is also not as good as expected. The roots are not covered by the highlight, and random orange color showed up as well. I only asked for pink color. Overall, I would not recommend doing highlight here… I’ve done highlight in the salon at least 10 times in my life, and this is the worst experience I had so far…

She’s not proficient in English but if you show her the hair style pictures she’s able to create whatever style you wish and improve on it. The salon is very clean and situated in a very nice area in Cupertino. I’ve been coming here for the past 15+ years. Anita has been wonderful and excellent in hair styling, haircuts, and highlights. She’s not proficient in English but if you show her the hair style pictures she’s able to create whatever style you wish and improve on it. The salon is very clean and situated in a very nice area in Cupertino. But parking is a bit hard as there are so many restaurants nearby.
