I have gone here a number times and was happy. Last time the woman doing the pedicure barely rubbed the stone on both legs going back and forth for seconds on one leg and then the other, no massage or lotion. She didn’t like the brush on my polish that I have used many times so the manager insisted on cleaning one from one of their bottles to use. I mentioned my polish was organic. They kept talking back and forth laughing and using the word organic. How uncomfortable!!!!! Then after letting nails dry I left and after about 2 hours went out with sneakers only to come back with sock fibers stuck in my nails and my finger nails were all ruined. The polish was really soft. Oh I never mentioned that the manager insisted on using a coat of her polish for my nails on top of mine???? I went back and they basically redid them but would barely look at or speak to me. Rude. Done! On to the next place!

Went in today to get 1 acrylic nail replaced at cost and lady said I’m too busy to deal with one nail and she laughed that I only wanted 1 nail done. Was planning on getting manicure later in week and I told her and she wanted to know when. Definitely not here. Very rude to me, do not recommend

Terrible experience, these people only want money! I made an appointment for me and my friend to get our nails done i asked them 3 times if they had time for both of us and they said yes come in, we get there and they start my friends nails right away not saying anything to me. A regular or something walks in and they say that they don’t have time for her but she says she is going somewhere else and they immediately sit her in the chair and start her. when i ask what about me they say i have to come back later because they don’t have time for me, my friend and I had work and there would be no time for me to get my nails done then, instead of telling us they wouldn’t have time for both of us so we could go elsewhere they wanted to get at least someone’s money by taking her. and only one of the “nail techs” know how to do acrylic??? they are unprofessional and don’t know what they’re doing. don’t bother spending your money or time.

i asked them politely if they could do me a favor and take off only one acrylic nail I had, also they weren’t at lunch, yet they refused. I was confused because if I’m paying you to file a nail that very much hurts and i got it done there they would take it out. they are very unsanitary also when I went the first time
