VERY VERY CLEAN! I’m a germaphobe so I avoid nail places but I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place & materials. The massage was one of the best feeling I’ve ever had. They worked with me to find the perfect colour & worked with my broken nails to still make it look perfect. I haven’t had a pedicure in 5 years but I will definitely make going here a self care activity!

Don’t go to this salon!! I came in for a gel pedicure and usually they last me a month or more. I came to get my nails done last Saturday andddd two of my toes have NO GEL!!! I paid good money for my toes and nails. I could have easily went somewhere cheaper and this would not have happened!!!

Awesome Professional Mother and Daughter Team. They are down to earth, authentic and beautiful spirits and makes you feel welcomed. I’ve enjoyed every visit and they do excellent work both feet and nails. Haven’t tried the eyebrows yet but will on my next visit. It’s so worth Making an appointment. Never overcrowded and never there impatiently waiting. They start you immediately or within 5-10 mins of your appointment. So worth the prices and the ambiance is soothing.

I have been going here for years & I refuse to go anywhere else. Before I found Andy’s I tried, LITERALLY, every nail salon in Jacksonville. They are the best & I am always satisfied with how the two women treat me, my nails, & eyebrows. They are very serious about their work which is why it is only the two of them. This is also why I ALWAYS make an appointment. If you want amazing service & nails, you have to go to Andy’s!

Went there during a week day and one of the nail techs corrected the customer about not wearing a mask, but she did it in the most rudest of ways. The customer then corrected her and reminded her that she spends a large amount of money on the shop for there services, and she should not speak to her that way at all. Coming from a customer watching this conversation, yes I will agree with the customer, the nail technician came off rude. Other then that, this nail shop is amazing and really does a great job. Went there during a week day and one of the nail techs corrected the customer about not wearing a mask, but she did it in the most rudest of ways. I have been here a few times lately. It’s nice. They don’t rush you, ever. And I don’t feel like a burden if walks in come in during my appointment…they don’t push me on thru. They are punctual when I come in as to my appointment time, and they ask a lot if you are happy with it. It’s clean and calm. I recommend you try them. The quality of the finished product always looks nice.
