Lately, the therpists I’ve had did not listen and just upsold me on longer sessions. Went in twice for 60 minute session only to have my back and neck rubbed for first 45 minutes, and when I asked if she was ever going to get to anything else, she asked for 90 minutes. Then last time, I gave $25 tip and she asked for more! Prior experiences were excellent, but Kayla and Amy are not there anymore.
