Aromatherapy
If you need improvement in health problems from anxiety to poor sleep, you may want to consider aromatherapy. In this kind of treatment, I use extracts from plants called essential oils, by either breathing them in through the diffuser or putting them on your skin.		$5.00
Bio-Freeze/Prossage
Gives about a cooling/heating sensation that helps reduce pain from aches and or deep tissue manipulation.		$8.00
Brown sugar scrub
This brown sugar body scrub is the perfect way to treat yourself to a spa day. It exfoliates, moisturizes, and evens out skin tone, too! Helping the feet feel soft and smooth.		$15.00
CBD Cream
This rich, creamy CBD Intensive Cream, is packed with essential oils including powerful Hemp CBD, Shea Butter, Aloe, Lavender, and other beneficial naturally derived ingredients, targets pain and creates an immediate soothing sensation, while moisturizing your skin. Chair massage
Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist.		$10.00
Couples Massage
Offered in a private room on side-by-side massage tables with two therapists who work on each individual at the same time. Massages are tailored to each client’s needs.		$125.00
Cupping
Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that originated in China. Involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. The suction may facilitate healing with blood flow. Proponents also claim the suction helps facilitate the flow of “qi”, or energy, in the body.		$10.00
Deep tissue/Pain Relief
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.		$75.00
Hot stone relaxation
Here smooth, flat, odd shaped and heated rocks, are used on the full body to aide in overall relaxation.		$20.00
Hot stone therapy
Uses smooth, flat, odd shaped and heated rocks placed at key points only, on the body. Helps aide in pain relief.		$10.00
Hot towels
Applied to the body to remove any excess oil. Warm towel compressions aide in relaxing the body.		$5.00

Pregnancy
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.		$80.00
Relaxation
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.		$70.00
Stretch it out
No oils or lotions. Client remains clothed during session. (Stretch yoga type clothing recommended) There is constant body contact between client and therapist. Rather than rubbing on muscles, therapist uses Thai based techniques. The body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked to increase flexibility, range of motion and relax the muscles.		$65.00
Uniquely You
Signature massage where therapist uses hot stones(on key areas), aromatherapy, and hot towels to help aide in total body relaxation! Relax your mind and unwind for your session of complete bliss!		$85.00
