But literally the kindest, most welcoming tattoo shop I have ever encountered. Customer service was a 12/10! And I’ve been to many tattoo shops all over the country. The girl at the front desk was so nice and friendly. And the tattoo artist was very inviting and welcoming as well. FIRST OFF – my appointment is Friday to get my tattoo. So I have not gotten my piece’s done. So I will add an edit afterwards of everything. But literally the kindest, most welcoming tattoo shop I have ever encountered. Customer service was a 12/10! And I’ve been to many tattoo shops all over the country. But if I can rate the customer service a 0 I would the girl in the front was rude it was more like well if you don’t like it you have no choice kind of conversation when I didn’t like the first draw out it was annoying she acted that way initially over the phone too. So annoying. But I like my tattoo.UPDATE: I just received a phone call from the owner after reading my review. She went above and beyond to make sure my final experience was good. Artist Mathias did my tattoo and was extremely good and patient with me. Kudos to these two for their professionalism, patience and quality work.

I finally got my first tattoo last week and was very fortunate that I could choose American Tattoo Society at Nellis AFB. Everyone there is friendly and had no problems with all my questions since this was my first one. Mathias Moretti did a fantastic job and I got the exact tattoo I wanted and I am very happy with my dragonfly and watercolors.
