If there was an option to give them zero stars I would. For starters I told the man working in there that I wanted short square nails. They were more of an almond shape and the polish was all over my cuticles. Then I went back the next day because they were about to close the day he did them and asked him to make them more square and they still weren’t up to par. So I asked him if I can get them soaked off and he claimed he didn’t do that. I continued to explain to him that I don’t recall him giving me a receipt and may I take a picture of his copy. He proceeding to hide the receipts and told me no. I paid $50 for the nails in the photo and wasn’t satisfied at all and he did nothing to make me feel more satisfied

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI used to live in Lee county and I’ve had my nails done a few times here back in 2011 they were actually pretty decent then.Me and my sister were in town and decided we wanted a pedi. The lady told us to pick a color she started the water for us to put our feet in.Her husband came over and started to take my polish off I told him the water was cold. Then he pushed something at the bottom of the bowl and I asked could he turn the jets on I wanted a pedi like my sister.He didn’t turn the jets on and started to do my sisters pedi I told her let’s go somewhere elSe. We told the husband we would just go somewhere else we got up with are feet wet and left.If I’m going to spend money and we want to relax and have a good pedi it won’t be here. I will not be returning to this nail salon. This was my first time trying them and the man did not ask me what i wanted he did what he thought “looked best”. My nails did not turn out as I expected so I talked to the manager, He said he would fix it and then walked out the door. He came back in and got straight on his phone. The lady who “fixed them” decided to paint over my nails, he used powder instead of gel. They claim they could not fix my shape because of what the man did to begin with. Therefore I am not coming back.

They did very well with my nails. I came in for a fill in and was charged $40 because I used “gel and not regular.” I just do not trust them after today. Other salons I’ve gone to charged me 45 for a complete gel full set and polish for my toes. My nails look good but if you go to this nail shop you may want to talk about prices before you let them touch your nails.

This probably was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had! I went in with my daughter and it was a young guy who did my pedicure and he was finish in 20 minutes. He acted as if I was bothering him and he didn’t have the time. The pedicure was awful and the paint job was even worst. The older gentleman that worked on my daughter did a good job on her, but I explained my concerns to him and he had no type of rebuttal. I will definitely never return to this establishment!!!

I have never been so disappointed. The service was horrible. The lady was so rude and moved my hand with force twice. The pedicure water was cold. They couldn’t do my nails or feet the way I wanted them. They only had black and white for nail design options and cut out nail art. They were also short of staff. Please don’t waste your money at the American Nails in Lee County. You will get what you pay for or not.

My best friend, boyfriend, and I came here for my best friend to get a pedicure. We were the only ones in there so I wanted to sit by her while she got it done and he rudely told me to go back to the front. Then proceeded to speak in his language to his wife about it. They also don’t use bags in there pedicure bowls I feel that is very unsanitary no matter how much you clean.
