Great place. Aspen and Carly went above and beyond to help me. My gf went there for cool sculpting and I had arranged to have flowers delivered while she was there. Flower company was behind ln deliveries that day so I called a few times and spoke with both Aspen and Carly and they informed me that nothing had been delivered yet, but went out of their way to help me. Not only did they try to call the flower company to see what the delay was, they also called me back a bit later to let me know my gf said she’d be at home after she left there so I could have the flowers sent to her house instead. Never experienced such helpful service. Greatly appreciated.

This place sucked. Interactions with staff were sub par. Zoom consultation was weird. I got the cool sculpting done, total waste of $3000 and the worst part is I’m left with scarring the exact same shape and spot the pads were. They tried to call once after I missed the call then they never followed up. What a total joke.

My friend and I were looking into laser treatment, had set up appointments and have had to reschedule them MULTIPLE times with notice an hour before the appointment time. If you have a ton of time/gas/money to waste, check this place out, otherwise avoid it at all costs!!!

My first conversation was with Amanda..She was super helpful and just a sweet as can be! She arranged all my appoints and consultations for me and my friend. Olivia is my “person” and takes very good care of me from the moment I arrive until well….my next appointment. She checks in with you for a status after your visit and reminds you before your next appointment. Besides all that she is super sweet! Love these girls wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend if you have any unwanted hairs

I bought the groupon for laser hair removal and then purchased another $1000 package up front. My skin reacted very badly to the treatment and I could only take 2 of the 6 paid for treatments. I requested a refund over 6 months ago and still have not received any refund. I have called many times and spoken with someone that says it will get delivered to the owner but still nothing. I definitely would NOT recommend paying up front for ANY services. Based on the lack of response to me I would not recommend them at all.

Karen is literally the best! Every time I went in for a laser hair removal session she had so much patience with me since I would have to stop my session to ice the area I was getting lasered! She never once made me feel that I would take too many breaks or that I was annoying or frustrating her. She is also super nice and sweet, NEVER a boring session with her! 🙂
