I’ve been using Ambiance Hair & Laser Center for over 2 1/2 years now and I can’t say enough good things about it!! Laura & Elaine have seen me through 2 different hair loss events, one due to a medical issue. Through both events they have been caring and forthright about what to expect and how to improve my hair growth. They’ve exceeded my expectations and my scalp health and hair growth have reaped the benefits!! I no longer have a widening hair part, I continually feel new growth all over my scalp, and my hair is shiny and healthy looking. I’m now on a maintenance level and visit the center 1x/month. If you are suffering from a hair loss issue, don’t wait, as it doesn’t get better on its own. Contact the center for a consultation-you won’t regret it! I’ve never had an issue with scheduling or cancellation. But I have been witness to clients abusing their scheduled time, showing up from 15 minutes to as much as an hour late and expecting to be seen right away. Doesn’t work that way…if you show up late you place a burden on another client and Laura & Elaine don’t let that happen. I was referred by a friend that also had a tremendous experience here with equally excellent results. I am SO glad I followed her recommendations!

Great atmosphere. Nice people, but product was a waste of my time and money. Spent over $2000 dollars and still look the same. Don’t waste your money like I did. Propaganda product! Never will I waste my money again.

Did a great job on my facials–when I could get an appointment. Had many scheduling issues (cancelled on, time changes, etc.) not worth it.
