The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Massapequa, NY, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

This was my first experience with eyelash extensions and WOW did I get a ton of compliments. I’m really happy with the service that I received. The salon was beautiful, very clean and staff were all very welcoming. I didn’t expect the service to be as thorough as it was. My technician took her time, made sure to check in with me to see if I was comfortable, and provided thorough care instructions. I did end up buying the special soap and eyelash brush which I enjoyed more than I thought I would. The formula was really gentle and the brush did a good job and separating the lashes after, made a big difference. I meant to leave a review soon after because it was a really great experience but I’m glad I waited. It’s been 2 weeks and just yesterday, I ran into a coworker who commented on how pretty my lashes looked. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be back soon.

Critical: Quality, ValueAmazing lash is such a waste of money! Lashes fell out by 1 week looked terrible. Way overpriced. I got a flat tire after working 12 hour night shift as a RN and could not make had no one to drive me It was a weekday it to an appointment never canceled late before and they still charged me. So unprofessional. My coworker said amazing lash is terrible do not go there she told me to go to this new place in deer park omg they are amazing !! Less money take their time and last 3 weeks! I used to get 6d lashes at amazing and they didn’t even look that full I went to the new place the 6d looked great but they were too much for me. The 3D lashes at my new place look way better and last way longer then the 6D at amazing. They also charge 25 for an “expert” which I went to ! At amazing they didn’t even look full. This told me they do not take their time and they always fell off way too quick and I do nothing different at this new lash studio still wear makeup and use eye cream. I went to Amazing Lash Studio in Massapequa to get eyelash extensions and the technician did not tape down my eye correctly while doing them which left me with a terrible burning pain. I told my technician that I was in pain and she put a fan on them which did not help. That night I could barely sleep because my eyes burned so bad and they were bloodshot. I ended up having to go the the ophthalmologist to get steroid drops to help heal the damage. It was a very distressing experience not to mention dangerous! I feared I could lose my sight. I won’t be going back to that place.

Tara is my main stylist (and my first appointment) and she took the time to explain length, different types of lashes, and the style that would best fit my eyes. After revisiting Amazing Lash Studio after a poor experience, I have to say that revising my review is absolutely necessary. I was rescheduled promptly for an appointment after my lashes began to fall out 48 hours after my initial service. The technician I saw at the second appointment, Danielle, was absolutely amazing. After my session, I was greeted by the manager Emily who truly went above and beyond to rectify what had happened. I am so thankful and appreciative of the high level of fabulous customer service I received. Thank you for providing an exceptional experience and for making my lashes look AMAZING!

We got our eyelashes done 5 days ago and they are already half way off although the website advertises that they will last for 4-6 weeks. When we attempted to call the store we spoke with representative “ L “ she stated that there was nothing that we could do as they have a three day window which we were never advised. She attempted to place the blame on us as customers. She stated it was our fault for not purchasing the eyelash wash – it is insensitive as people cannot assume that you have the money or should be forced to purchase one of their products. The stylist did not review with us how to take care of the lashes however because we had previously gone their we knew to use oil free wash which we did. But now we are forced to use their wash ? Representative “ L “ asked if we used make up which we did not until the 5th day and she stated well you shouldn’t wear make up with lashes. Why would I get lashes if I am not able to wear makeup with it ? I’ve never heard of that and I’ve had friends who have gotten extensions and have worn make up and this has never happened. We asked to speak to a manager and we were advised to send an email. She stated there was no number that she could call, that she did not have the managers phone number. Personally I have never worked a job where I did not have my supervisors information. I actually think that may be against the law. In case of an emergency then you have to have the managers information. We asked if we can just have our money back or have these taken off. She stated that would be a $60 charge. She stated that she could take off $10 dollars. $10 is not close to what we paid or the tip that we left, $10 is an embarrassing offer to attempt to resolve this issue. So I’m conclusion STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Take your business else where or you may end up like us. Use this place with caution and search others around the area.
