Wanted to get a manicure/pedicure while in port on a cruise. I decided this would be a good choice since it was a reasonable walk from the ship. I arrived as soon as they opened and got right in. Kim did a fantastic job! This spa is clean, friendly and professional. I highly recommend it!

Nail tech cut open at least 4 cuticles. On one, he took a big chunk of skin off and it bled quite a bit. Might want to sanitize those buffer tools because one definitely has my blood on it. The paint job has two issues: 1) the gel is not applied very evenly and does not look at all professionally done and 2) the lovely color is marred by the bloody cuticles. Since my fingers are now covered in open cuts, it stings to even wash my hands. Was too exhausted and uncomfortable to cause a fuss in the salon and he stared at me while I paid so I felt uncomfortable leaving without tipping. $36 for bloody fingers.

I LOVED this nail salon! Had a gel pedicure done. So big, amazing space and very clean. All the ladies are very kind and friendly from the moment you walk in. I love that their pricing is on line and up to date. Had a great experience and will be coming back 🙂

Had pink french tips done by Steven who did a sloppy job painting my nails which resulted in them not looking like the picture I showed him. He also grabbed my card when I went to go pay and then looked at his coworker all stunned after I tipped him less than he expected. You can’t do a sloppy job, grab my card out of my hand, and then expect a 25% tip LOL

This was my third time ever getting a manicure. I had a guy do my nails. He did a good job until the end after I washed my hands and ended up leaving I then noticed missing spots.. I did a full set acrylic all white with black heart on my ring fingers both hands. While he was doing my nails and stuff he’s he continued to hurt my pointer finger with the machine causing it causing it to burn. Not the worst set of nails I’ve gotten but could have been better

Booked an appointment online and was seated in the massaging pedicure chair immediately! Safety precautions are excellent here! Masks required, hand sanitizer, and dedicated nail tools (+$2 charge but you can bring them back to avoid that). I’m not fancy and got a basic (“men’s”) Mani and Pedi for $69 including tip in one hour. My nails are clean and shiny, and I was relaxed for the rest of the day. I’ll definitely be returning to Alyss!! Thanks to Lin (sp?) for your care!
