I have been with Althea Medspa for almost 2 years. I do not want to give any of my opinion too soon. I really like this place. Their charge is reasonable. The place is not fancy. I guess this might be one of the reason they can keep the price affordable. I especially like the owner’s honest. She really tried her best to take care of me. Now my skin looks much better. My brown spots which have been bothered me for so many years, now are almost all gone! They do not push you to buy anything.

I went to another place in Virginia before Althea for 3 underarm treatments and it was incredibly painful. My experience at Althea was a good one. The technician seemed to really know what she was doing and the laser hair removal A LOT less painful than at other places. I’d rather pay double for this place than go someplace where they burn you. P.S. They have a machine that is supposed to help you lose fat… I think I know where my next paycheck will go!

Over the past year I’ve been going to Althea Medspa and my experierence has been great. I went for touchup laser treatments on my neck and chest and for IPL treatments on my face. Cindy has been amazing. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease. The laser treatments have been 90% less painful then I’v experiences in my past. I recommend Althea to service your skin needs.

Professional, friendly, clean. Not the world’s fanciest Medspa but that’s not what I was expecting. Their waiting room offers a book of articles and case studies on their various services. It seems a lot of their clientele is there for laser treatments, like me. Their aestheticians are easy going and listen carefully.
