I visited this spa first time this season and was pleasantly surprised. It needs to have a better rating, because all that I talked to after my yoga class loved it there. I just did yoga, but probably will book a massage or a facial for my future visits as well. The only thing I wish is that that had a more convenient reservation system. An online store or something like that would be great.

I gave my mom a gift certificate for a spa package. She said the Signature massage was healing for her, her massage therapist was very attentive and concentrated on the trigger points a lot, and the facial was one of the best in her life. She was glowing.

I was a half hour late to the appointment and walked in to a massage therapist waiting impatiently and a rude manager. The manager told me I could have a 30 minute massage for the full price of an hour. I said I really didn’t want anything at that point and then she told me it was my fault for getting stuck in a ditch. Maybe it was but you don’t say that!!! How about offering a 30 minute upper back massage and some free product since you know I got stuck in a ditch because you sent security yourself to help me. Unbelievable!! I was a half hour late to the appointment and walked in to a massage therapist waiting impatiently and a rude manager. My best Spa experience to-date. Started the morning with a restorative yoga class for $15. We followed with the facial and massage package. I was blown away by the treatments given by Gabby and CarolAnn. We used the sauna and shower before heading home 5 hours later. Our package came with a $50 Credit on products. I thought it was an excellent value.

I’ve had a massage and a facial there, both were great. If you get a package , you get 50 dollars in products. They have a nice relaxation room, a steam room and sauna. I don’t do yoga , but they have yoga classes too. Nice experience overall and very close to the mountain

We arrived at 12:45 for a 1 pm appointment. We gave our names and were directed to change and wait to be called in the lobby. Once 1:40 came around and no one called for us, we inquired. We were then told they did not have us on the list and that they called Windham Spa, the other local spa, and confirmed our appt was in fact there. Mind you I know this is our fault but had the front receptionist known anything about checking someone in, we could have made our original appt at the correct spa and not waited around for nearly an hour. Furious at myself because we still have to pay for the missed service but more so that this could have been prevented had they been good at their job. And bonus alpine spa told us this happens all the time.
