One place did not do my haircut right. I showed up at aloha and Suzanne saw how terrible my hair was and for half the price I payed at the other place, Suzanne from aloha beauty salon was able to repair my hair. I had my roots done for the first time at aloha beauty salon by the owner and she went over my highlights on one side. Not alot but still. All they do is gossip and bad mouth other hair stylists in town and when I called to cancel my appointment to get my sons haircut she blew off on me upset saying I made her lose 200 hundred dollars for me cancel my appointment when she could have had another person fill in? Well I’m sorry if I need to cancel because I had someone take my truck in the shop to get the brakes worked on and he wasn’t back on time. Not going to drive a vehicle with myself and two kids when it’s not safe with brake issues. Never going back!

Very rude. I made back to back appointments and when we got to the salon we weren’t in the books. The lady I talked to didnt even talk to me. Someone else did. They wanted to call and change 2 other peoples appointments. Needless to say, we left. We weren’t going to ruin other people’s appointments

I had my hair cut and styled. Suzan Van Herpen cut my hair way to short and she was gossiping about people on bullhead city rant and rave from everywhere where she is the admin. She had stated she is the biggest bully on that site and she allows other people to bully also. Very bad service!
