This will be my 1st time writing a bad review for a business. I’m doing so because Diane was unapologetic for her lack of business etiquette! Diane added a charge for a accidental broken nail polish. Her mannerism in how she handled the incident was extremely poor!!! 1st when the polish was broken, she should have said “We have an addition charge for broken nail polish bottles.” , at that time or before check out but she tried to do it secretively. The biggest mistake she made was when I called to ask about the charge she became very rude! It was .01% about charge and 99.9% about her unprofessional attitude! She did not care that she was unprofessional! You don’t pay to have someone be ugly to you! Kindness can go along ways.

My husband and I go here all the time. They are very kind and take their time on our services. It’s very relaxing and enjoyable. I love the spa music and they offer you a drink of your choice. They are very clean and use plastic liners in the foot tubs. I have never had poor service at this establishment, they are very professional and kind.

I loved these ladies. I was intown from my husband’s job and got a pedi. This is week four and my polish looks good and hasn’t chipped. I highly recommend the hot stones, especially if you have knee pain.

The workers are super friendly, Mindy is my favorite! Every tool used on your nails has been sterilized well, at some other nail salons you can get infections from the workers not cleaning the tools right (or them reusing). My mom and I always enjoy coming here and we always leave super relaxed.

“Price gouging” the appearance does not match the service. A co worker and I went and we’re supposed to be getting the same basic pedicure I did not receive the same kind of treatment nor did they utilize the same tools. When mentioned it they wanted to charge me more money, the result would have had me paying more than what they charged my coworker
