The rude representative met us at the door and ordered us to wash our hands and told me that I could not be with my mother as we selected her wig. She said that I could not be with my mother during this process because they were trying to reduce her exposure to Covid.The name of the store is all about you. Unfortunately, our experience was all about this rude representative.waited in the car. While my mother was trying on wigs her mask slip below her nose. She was trying to see how the wig looked on her head. The woman rudely told her that she needed to put her mask over her nose. It was not about my mom at all. This was all about control.
