I had a manicure and pedicure today with Lily. What an awful experience. My manicure is so messy. As you can see in my photo my nails are not fully painted. I asked her to please correct it and she tried to but that was still the outcome. Polish was left on my skin as well. Cant believe I paid $44 + $10 tip for this. Next time I will save the trip and do it myself. What a ripoff. It was like they were not even trying to do a good job.

This was my first and last time coming here. The woman who did my nails was the front desk woman, so I don’t know her name. She hardly did a satisfactory job, it was very rushed and she didn’t ask my anything about what I wanted or even talk to me at all through my whole gel manicure. I wish I just waited until my normal place was open and went there instead. My nails are bumpy and the paint goes onto my skin. However, my mom also got a gel manicure but hers was by Tina. The only way I would go back to this place was if Tina did my nails. She was very caring about what my mom wanted and took her time with her nails. They look great.

Very big clean nail salon! We got sat right away no wait, had a very nice relaxing spa pedicure. They massaged my arms and legs in between! This salon has changed. Do not waste your money . The last 2 times it was an awful experience. The last time both my gel manicure and pedicure came out streaks and bubbles . The time before that the dark nail polish was not completely removed from my toes and I chose to put on a light polish . It looked as if my nails were dirty around the cuticle because the dark polish was not completely removed . When I asked for it to be fixed , they told me to choose a dark color ! I explained they had to completely take off the dark color before putting on a light color.

Chapuseros. They’re happy to take your money, but employees rush through EVERYTHING. Second visit and I am completely disappointed. Just left and because they were closing, instead of allowing me to dry for 5 stinking minutes, he applied dry drops (that I did not ask for), and refused to do a design on 2 nails (which I was going to pay extra for). Sloppy job all around- uneven French lines, streaky/textured polish- and I will NOT return. I guess since I wasn’t getting UV gel + gel set/pedi and paying $200 like my first visit, I don’t matter. I am a paying customer and I tip well, why do I deserve mediocre service? Also, to their employees, if you’re not up to the task- DON’T show up to work! Quit and do what you love.

I have been going here for about a year and half. They are good not great but good I was happy. Went Monday and told the girl to just trim my nails she cut the so short I wanted to scream. If your employees can’t do what the customer wants they should not be working there. There’s a nail salon on every block looks like I’ll be finding a new salon

I went here for a pedicure and an eyebrow waxing they rushed me through everything I was literally in and out in less than 20 minutes and it wasn’t like they were busy. When my pedicure was done my nail guy turn on both sat off to the side and literally did nothing because there was no one there waiting. The eyebrow waxing was by far the worst one I’ve ever had. The lady missed so many hairs and left them mishapen. She even left wax on my eyebrow that I had to take off when I got home. I’m going to have to get them redone at a different place tomorrow because I don’t trust them to fix it. Their prices are also more expensive than other nail salons around. Really disappointing experience.
