Every appointment I have had the doctor’s assistant is not there to give me the paperwork or information. I’m told they will leave her a note. My last appointment was Aug.26 I called twice this week no one has called me yet. This is my HEALTH being put on hold. Dr. Giannone is great he did my surgery in 2016. Now it’s to late for my surgery to be done this year. Someone else in office should be able to HELP ME PLEASE.
