Lydia is beyond amazing at what she does and very knowledgeable. I went to see her for sciatic nerve pain and she was one of three massage therapists I have seen for the issue over the course of few weeks. After two sessions with her my sciatic nerve pain it’s almost gone and I resumed most of my activities. I highly recommend her for massage. Whether it’s for relaxation, pain, or general body maintenance. She also does cupping which is a huge bonus!

Wow! I had the most wonderful experience today with a full one hour massage! This has been by far the best massage I’ve ever had! The masseuse was knowledgeable, professional, and highly skilled! I had a dislocated foot in 2021 and I feel 100% better after that massage. I will be returning soon! I would recommend this service to anyone in need of body healing!

Lidiya’s massage is absolutely magical! I always come in for upper back/shoulder discomfort I get from spending a lot of time sitting at my desk. After every session, I feel immediate relief and my pain completely diminishes. The effects of her massage therapy are long-lasting. She also gave me posture recommendations and showed some exercises I can do on a daily basis. These have helped so much! I went to Advanced Bodywork and Massage Clinic a few weeks ago for the first time, and I have had little to zero pain in my neck/shoulder area for the first time in years. Not only was the massage and stretching amazing, but I am beyond impressed with knowledge that was shared with me on how to prevent pain from returning. Yes, the occasional massage will be necessary in the prevention, but I was not only given numerous suggestions on how to avoid future issues but shown how to go about doing them, as well. For the first time ever, my issues were listened to, acknowledged, and critically thought about. This is the only place I will return. Beyond impressed! Plus, it’s SO CLEAN!!! So happy I found it, and I’ll be sending my husband next.

I have had a knot in back my for nearly a decade now and recently has become excruciating to do many everyday things. Of all the massage therapists I’ve seen over the years, this was by far the best experience. Everything she did was unique and new to me as far as massages go, and it was wonderful. The cupping, which was also a first for me, seemed to be extremely helpful. I will absolutely be going back to continue with her.
