I got married at the Salish Lodge and we were staying in a suite the day of our wedding. I was recommending to the Salon by the Lodge and found out that Acacia had a make-up artist also. So if was very convenient to book the salon for both my hair and make-up. They both did amazing. The hair stylist did my hair in a beautiful wedding updo. I brought a inspirational piece with me and her creativity did the rest. When I saw my hair I cried tears of joy because it was so beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The jewelry pieces added at the end gave the finishing touch. I looked like a elegant goddess. The make-up artist has been blessed with a lot of talent. I told her I wanted a classic natural glow, not too much but just enough. And the end results we spectacular I had never felt so beautiful. I got many compliments and congratulations from other clients come in and out of the salon.

I love visiting Acacia! I’ve been following Lindsey for several years now and she is truly an expert in her field. I have curly hair that requires special care and Lindsey cuts to each curl to give me a healthy bouncy style that is manageable and beautiful every day. Not only that, but she lightens my hair without over processing or drying it out. Lindsey and all the stylists here are well versed, and know how to deliver on your expectations. This salon has a clean and cozy atmosphere.I got a cut and have had full and partial foils with Ana. Love the layers she gave me and their products are amazing. Virtue is my favorite works so well with helping to maintain frizz. Definitely worth it!

Just moved to Snoqualmie Ridge. Called in last week to set an appointment for a haircut. I have a day off from work on Wednesdays and work till 7pm all other days. The stylist who answered said they had no openings for Wednesday (not a problem). We ended up having to push out about 5 or 6 days to Thursday the 1st at 8pm so I could head out there right after work. I suspect the stylist was looking at her available openings not the store’s but no big deal. I get a call from the salon this afternoon to reconfirm my appointment and am told that my booking is for the 3rd at 345pm!!! When I tried to explain that is not the appointment I set and had even had the stylist repeat it back to me to make sure it was in there correctly the person on the phone insisted that is the appointment time I gave them. Complete unprofessionalism. BTW despite my last name I am born and raised here and don’t have an accent. This is the first bad review I have ever written but it is well deserved.

There is not a better salon to go to that is professional and always provides quality work. Every time I go in, they always make me feel so welcomed and really take the time to listen to my hair wants/needs. I do not have one specific stylist as I have gone to a few there and they are all really great. I would highly recommend! Hair coloring, Hairstyling

I came to Acacia looking for a balayage and my hair/scalp got burned. Chunks of my hair fell out. I’ve been getting my hair colored for several years and have never had this happen before. The manager brushed it off and told me it “wasn’t that bad” despite having a chemical burn the size of a quarter on the back of my head. Worst salon experience ever! I can’t speak for all of the stylists that work there but some seem to be inexperienced and I was very disappointed with how the manager handled the situation.Do yourself a favor and go to the other salon right down the street.
