My Grandmother took me to this nail salon this is by far the best and fun nail salon ive been too. My experience was amazing for a nail salon my nail tech talked to me the whole time. Also she made sure that everything was to my liking. Love this nail salon and will be going back for sure.

Critical: ProfessionalismWhile they were great in the past, Francine especially, they were terrible today. I wasn’t even acknowledged when I walked in, they no longer have the sign in sheet so you can know where you are on the list, and when I asked if I could sit in one of the eight empty pedicure chairs(since that is what I was there for and their waiting chairs are horribly uncomfortable) she said i couldn’t bc there were two people in front of me (which I actually saw just ask about manicures). They also clearly have some favorite people who seem to get special treatment. Hannah and Lee are the best. They do whatever they can to make customers happy with manicures, pedicures, full sets or dip. I’ve been using them for over a year and have never had a problem. But I know if I had an issue they would correct with no problem. Thank you Lee and Hannah for always putting your customers first!

Take it from someone that has been getting her nails done since 15. Do not go to this nail shop. I got my nails, toes and eye brows done. The quality of work was poor. The communication was terrible. And i had to make her redo my nails. On the positive side they had really pretty polish and i did not have to wait. My toes arent bad either. But there are plenty of other nail shops that will give you a more relaxing, better experience.

Saki is the best. She was very engaging and professional. We laughed and talked about how bad my nails looked but she made me feel great about finally doing something for myself. Eyebrow waxing, mani/pedi were all amazing. Love Ms. Francine too. Ive been going there since at least 2007 and the old owners were nice but i love this new team.

The last two times I went were not good at all. Sitting here looking at the polish that was put on entirely too thick that it is lumped up. I don’t think I am going to use them any more. I was referred by someone who goes there. There is only one person there that has waited on me that is actually pretty good is Sokie. I know I am spelling her name wrong. She was not working Tuesday!

Horrible job. I got a gel manicure. The lady didn’t push my cuticles back, and I even noticed it after the first coat and said something and she ignored me. Then when she was done the top was lumpy and I showed her that and where she didn’t push my cuticles back again. She argued and said she did… my manicure looks like I’ve had it for two weeks and I got it today. Also the whole time while she was doing my manicure, she was on the phone, and she got up numerous times to sell products to another store.
