I went for a pedicure and the lady cut me twice … then I realized she was trying to file down my toe nail even tho it was bleeding I could see the red spot on the corner of my toe I asked her to stop filing bc it bled. I mean isn’t that common sense …She was extremely rough I had to keep telling her she was hurting me! I couldn’t wait for it to be over. Never will return.

Had to get a complete new set done. The man came to do them. He did have a bad headache to start. The table was dirty from a pervious customer. Bloody bandaid left and half drank dr pepper where there but he was covid certified. But nothing was cleaned up. The man didn’t even speak to me. Had his head phones on the whole time. I wanted my tips a teal color. But he did the whole nail. And even cut my real nails off. I won’t be going back. Not just because of this. But while I was there today 3/23. A lady came in for a refill. A lady told her to sit at number 10. The tech sat at another table for a few mins. 2 more ladies came in for a full set and a pedi. The tech took them straight to the back amd started on them. Leaving the first lady at number ten. 20 mins later that lady got up and left. I don’t blame her at all. Wish I would have too

Save yourself the money, you’ll need to get them fixed somewhere else, ugliest nails I’ve ever gotten, the lady just wanted to finish them asap to get the next customer. I’ll never go back to this place. I got an infection afterwards too. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Horrible service, ladies were rude when we asked for them to fix the nail shape and thickness of nails. And the pedicure wasn’t done properly. Advised manager on duty and they started speaking in a different language loudly more than likely talking bad about us for letting them know we were receiving bad services from them. Got a pedicure and she didn’t even get the dead skin off my feet. I needed a refill on my acrylic and told her I wanted it to look natural. She takes all my acrylic off and does an overlay on my nails… they aren’t even the same length. Disappointed is a understatement. Do not give this place your business. We walked in and immediately the lady behind the counter was rude. Kept pushing shellac on me. Got a pedicure and she didn’t even get the dead skin off my feet. I needed a refill on my acrylic and told her I wanted it to look natural. She takes all my acrylic off and does an overlay on my nails… they aren’t even the same length.
