Hello and Welcome! I am located in the east york area, not far from Hellam & Wrightsville, Pa. I have been in business for over 13 years, and I love what I do! I have always believed that your massage is just that, ‘Your Massage’ I review and discuss the client intake forms with you to best achieve your goals for your session. Cupping Session Targeted 60min or 90min($70-$100) This is not like a regular massage. The use of vaccum cups are applied to target careas of; High Tension-Tender pts, old scar tissue, healed surgery painful knees, neuromas, etc bringing fresh blood flow, or release tension by lifting tissue vs pressure downward. Deep Tissue session1hour Target $70 This Therapy is done as ‘Targeted Work’ for areas and tender points that cause great discomfort, & painful range of motion issues. I do not do entire the body in these sessions. This work utilizes a slower deeper work, various techniques are used to release painful or high tension tissues. Some times this could be that painful nagging “kink” in your shoulder blade, or pain at back of neck when turning your head. Communication is essential during this session.	$70.00

After being in excruciating shoulder pain for 4 days, my husband went to the doctor and started treatment with muscle relaxers and anti inflammatory medicine. After several days with no relief from the meds the doctor recommended physical therapy. They were closed and I suggested he give Kathleen a try. She accommodated him that very day and, after questioning him and listening, closely proceeded to work on him for two hours. Since he has had this massage the pain has been reduced dramatically. She gave him exercises to do and ways to make his arm more comfortable. It has not yet been a week and he is virtually pain free and back to using his arm. He says he’d recommend Kathleen to anyone with muscle and related issues and adds that her care and concern for her clients is obvious. He thinks her hands should be insured for a million bucks
