20 Minute AVACEN100 Session
Put your hand in this futuristic looking muscle relaxing machine, which is about the size of a bread box, for 15 minutes and some really great things may happen. Pain dissipates, that foggy shroud disappears and joints move more freely. For many; eyelids become heavy, stress fades and some people actually fall asleep. The AVACEN 100 is the answer for many people who need or prefer a cost-effective, easy to use, drug-free alternative for muscle relaxation to reduce pain which might be associated with a variety of acute medical conditions. Users put their hand inside the AVACEN 100 vacuum chamber and rest it on a pad heated to about 108 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 – 30 minutes. Over 1,000,000 treatments have been completed without adverse events. Treatment can be comfortably self-administered in the privacy of the user’s home.		$20.00
45 Minute Infrared Sauna Session
The far infrared heat (far infrared light waves) penetrates your skin, giving you that wonderful natural warmth. Don’t confuse it, however, with ultraviolet light (UV), which causes sunburn and damage to your skin.Infrared light is part of the Sun’s invisible spectrum. One of far infrared light’s characteristics is the ability to easily penetrate human tissue. When this happens, it creates a natural resonance, which has many beneficial properties. You can be exposed to far infrared heat for hours and it will never cause your skin to burn. Far infrared heat is completely healthy and safe for all living things. In fact, it is so safe it is used in hospitals to warm newborn infants.		$35.00
60 Minute Float Session
Our float rooms contain 10 inches of water and 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt creating a solution so buoyant that it allows you to float effortlessly and gives a sensation of weightlessness that cannot be found anywhere else on earth. The water is heated to skin temperature allowing your body to simply melt away and this, along with the restriction of all light and sound, creates a pure state of ‘sensory’ relaxation. Our Spa Suites provide you with a private floatation room. We have three available on site, and each includes your own private shower, dressing area, and float room. These rooms were custom designed for clients to be extremely user friendly.		$70.00
60 Minute Massage Session
Relax your body and calm your mind with a customized massage and soothing spa comforts. We’re here to ensure you feel refreshed and revived with personalized sessions and elegant, serene spa facilities. Tension is a thing of the past—enjoy a break from the everyday and let yourself unwind. Relish the moment and emerge ready to take on your world. *Please keep in mind we do only have ONE massage therapist, but we can ONLY accommodate couples massage appointments when combined with other services.		$75.00

My husband and I love A Better Me Spa! I love massages there with my therapist and the occasional float. My husband really enjoys the floats as his self care. The owners Chad and Cayla are always so friendly and they have done such a great job with making the entire experience at their spa peaceful, clean, attentive, therapeutic, and beautiful. A Better Me Spa is beyond soothing and the service IS ALWAYS outstanding from check in to check out! The atmosphere is welcoming, I feel calmer and happier from the second I walk in; my shoulders just melt down and I start to relax. The place feels like an oasis! I love the floating experiences, I enjoy connecting to my inner quietness and disconnecting from all the outside worries. The facility is very clean and modern. I’m here weekly in the infrared saunas and the massage therapists are beyond exceptional!! HEALTH IS WEALTH!!!

This spa just makes me so happy. The staff is kind and excited to help you—everyone from the owners, front desk, and therapists. The conditions are immaculate and put you at peace. I have floated twice and love the experience! As someone who “overthinks,” sensory deprivation helps me reset. I also do not gravitate towards water (not a swimmer) but love weightless floating. I had a massage with Rachel and appreciated her thoroughness (spending some time on each area head to toe) and outgoing personality. 10/10 experience every time.

My husband and I have been servicing A better Me spa for about 5 years. We both get regular massages every month. I’ve had massages prior to a better Me and NOTHING compares. My husband has back issues and this has been a godsend for him. He leaves with no pain, sleeps so well, and is much happier. The spa is beautiful, peaceful, the smell is so calming. The owners are the nicest people, always friendly, genuinely nice, and always willing to accommodate. If I could give A better Me more than a 5 star review, I would. The absolute BEST!!!!

This spa is fantastic. I had a lower back issue that dragged on for weeks. Multiple visits to the chiropractor couldn’t fix the issue. I was at a point where I needed to try something else. I heard about A Better Me and how float rooms can decompress joints, so I gave it a shot. I woke up the next morning and felt good enough to golf. Three weeks of pain, fixed in one hour of floating. I honestly couldn’t believe it.

I would highly recommend A Better Me. The Generosity and kindness they showed me was outstanding. I have never walked into a place felt so and relaxed. I loved the calming Atmosphere. I was having a rough pregnancy and the owner reached out and told me to come try a float session. She sent me all this information on how float was good for mama and baby. I was nervous at first but they did everything they could to put my mind at ease. I can’t thank them enough for being there for me during such a difficult stage in my pregnancy.
