They are the sweetest people I’ve ever had do my nails. I normally pick what color I want and tell them to pick any design they think will look nice with the color and I am never disappointed. Never had the same design twice or course unless I ask for it again. I always recommend my friends to come to this place with and without me. They both always deliver the best customer service. I normally pick what color I want and tell them to pick any design they think will look nice with the color and I am never disappointed. I wish I could give zero stars! This was a horrible experience! I am in tears. I am a caretaker for my dad and my hands have suffered. My mom gave me a gift certificate for this place. I had 3 nails split at the side and filed very unevenly. I asked explicitly for the extensions to be placed low on my nail bed to cover the skin on the side as it grew out. Language barrier aside, they were rude! Both the tech working on me and another sitting nearby told me I was too picky and they couldn’t do it. Literally yelling at me. They made me feel horrible! Talking down to me with another customer in the room! The tech proceeded to take the extensions off and told me to give the gift certificate back to my mom for a refund, and promptly sent me out the door. Never ever again! Rude!

I am here now for the first time getting my nails done. The gentleman was doing my nails. He did great job with nails except for the hand design. No biggie. Proceeded to do a French manicure and I told him 1 coat of top coat was fine. The lady there, boss or whatever she is, who by the way was not doing my nails started saying that she didn’t want to hear me complain if my color chips. I told her not to worry about I am the customer and that’s what I want. She had the nerve to say that the customer is never right. Will never return. Rude and completely unprofessional

Just had my nails done today by the gentlemen. They were very friendly and he did an amazing job. I am picky when it comes to the look and thick/thin of the nail. Everything was perfect and he did them quickly. Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Amy since 2014 and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s amazing at what she does and fast. I always get gel nails and my eyebrows done. It’s a very laid back atmosphere.
