I am an Licensed Massage Therapist who enjoys helping her clients work on improving their health. I use several different massage modalities depending on what the client has going on. I am certified Neuromuscular, trained in Eastern Cupping and Medi Cupping. I have also completed Level 1 CranioSacral Therapy. I truly believe in the mind/body connection, holding space for my clients is one way I help them awaken their inner healer so they can heal themselves.
