Susan is great! However, the customer service is horrible. The owner sets appointments and NEVER writes them down. Needless to say they’re never ready when the customer arrives. I’ve been going to this nail salon literally since 2018 and she always asks me to pick a color. Not once have I gotten a color, I always get the same service. They’ve gone to a new automated system that tallies points based on the number of services. I’m not sure why, there has never been any type of reward, discount or acknowledgement. I’m not sure why, unless it’s to keep account of how many times I go there. As if counting the hundreds of dollars I spend there a month isn’t enough. If it were not for Susan, I would have left this review and that nail salon a long time ago. Please do better. Your customers deserve it.
