I have used multiple locations and have had a handful of technicians (or aestheticians, whatever their title is) but Autum is the first waxer I have had that made me feel comfortable from the very start. She is super friendly and approachable, never lectured me or made me feel like I messed up by skipping several weeks in between appointments and she was just so personable. It kinda felt like I was getting waxed by a long time friend and not a stranger!

The staff was incredibly unpleasant and seemed to be miserable, which doesn’t create a very comfortable environment for a waxing. The wax itself was average.
