Divana is clean, professional, and the staff are all very friendly. Diane was wonderful!! This was my first time trying polygel and it is light, smooth, and durable. Diane made sure my nails were all even, shaped well, and made sure that I was happy with them before I left. You get quality service and quality work. I will absolutely be back!

second time visiting and i love my nails! the workers are sweet and thoughtful and take serious time and effort making sure your nails are the shape, color and design you would like. they are skilled in taking any photo or inspiration you have and putting it on your nails. i’ve gotten poly gel and have loved them! they stayed on for 3 weeks and could have even gone longer.

I’ve been coming to this salon for at least 6 months and always loved my nails. However, I had an poly gel fill scheduled on 1/28/23 and Diane called me to inform that the lady that was going to do my nails is sick and she doesn’t know when she coming back. So I received a call 1 hour before my scheduled time to be canceled and not to reschedule because the schedule is booked for next month(Feb). Like come on really you cancel me but you can’t fit me in on the schedule this was a inconvenience to me… so now I have to find another salon because clearly they don’t have enough staff for the workload. Not many salons in the area does poly gel. Now I have to start over!!!!! This sucks for me but here to say if you like consistency this should not be the salon of choice.

I have been going here for a year. Diane the owner does great work but she is the rudest person you will ever meet. She is constantly rushing and yelling and putting you down if you don’t decide fast enough or you have any questions at all so I switched to her daughter Julie who is the sweetest person. Julie went out on maternity leave and I had to see Diane the owner. I scheduled my appointment 5 weeks in advance and some how my appointment mysteriously disappeared when I called today to confirm it. When I ask a simple QUESTION about how my appointment that I WATCHED her write down in front of me disappears she says “I don’t know. I’m too busy and you stress me out. You can’t be a client anymore there are plenty of nail salons.” Knowing NOBODY else does polygel within an HOUR of here. I have never in my life had such horrible customer service. Especially as a client who spends $100-$180 every time I get my nails done PLUS A TIP. If you can handle being treated like trash and told off for asking simple questions for great work then I would recommend them. If not? Run as far as you can. There is a reason that in a year they haven’t been able to hold ONE long term employee and their business is slacking. I am so glad I made the switch to Halo Nails in Kent. The difference is astounding.

Place was beautiful although there was a sewage smell. They were very nice. The pedicure was good but the polish part came out horrible. We just got them done yesterday! Will not be returning due to this. For $150 (with tip) dollars for me and my 10 year old I am disappointed. It looks like they have been on for weeks and they were just done yesterday. She did not cover my whole nails. Just the middles. Never had this happen.

Divana Nails & Spa is a beautiful nail salon located in Twinsburg, OH. The decor alone is very luxurious and the staff is welcoming. I got the Express manicure and Lux pedicure. The attached photo are my nails the very next day. As much as I enjoyed my experience there, I can’t believe I spent $100+ just for my nails to look like this the next day. What you see is the polish that was on my toe no longer there. I noticed it while preparing to take a shower. Originally I booked the Jelly pedicure but when I arrived I was notified that it is no longer available and I could get a Lux pedicure instead. Apprehensively, I chose to get the Lux and it includes an amazing massage and I am glad I chose it. My dissatisfaction is with the polish application. I just expected my nails to last a lot longer than 24 hours especially with the expensive price tag and the minimal task I completed following this appointment.
