I should have known it wasn’t going to be the best service because I was helped before people who were waiting. Got the Sugar Scrub Pedicure and the Dip with Tips in about 1 hour. I requested a manicure and didn’t get it; they were rushing. Maybe they’re fast but you can see in the pictures why it was that fast. I’m patient, I don’t mind waiting if my service is going to be well done. I had sugar leftover all over my legs and he cut my big toe. My hands were all uneven and the second person who did my nails cut my cuticles dry. So now my cuticles are peeling and even more dry. Also, all the workers left in a hurry and the people who were there before me hadn’t been helped and started yelling and arguing. The girl at the front desk tried to be nice but all the workers gave zero f and just left while customers where still waiting and had already paid.

I am usually very satisfied when I get my nails and toes done here. Here and there I’ll get a person that would not shape my acrylic to my liking but it’s rare. However, I got my nails done almost two months ago and the lady who did them shaved my nail beds down nearly to the skin. Of course I did not notice until I took the set off, but to this day (8 weeks later) my nails are breaking down to the skin as they grow out from where she shaved them. I’m super disappointed because I have not been able to get them done since then. I swear by this nail salon but this particular incident has me feeling down in confidence because I take good care of my nails rather their done or not.

Terrible customer service. After patiently waiting to be serviced..finished up my set but when I got up to wash my hands the tech walked off and went to service another client. I sat a few mins but crunch for time I was looking around and noticed she had started doing brow and lash service. No word or even asking if this was ok or if I had time to wait. Completely inconsiderate. This same tech has in the past given me a full set where one nail on the right hand was longer than the left. When I showed her she laughed it off and said “you must’ve moved.” I’m very understanding but I’m also big on respecting ppl and respecting others time. I love who dat I’ll return but I’ll request ANY tech except this one.

Was in town from another state, & called this place & no answer. A lady called me back, then tried to get me in for an appointment. I very Specifically told her- Only if I can get toes AND nails done at the same time & when would b a good time 2 go in. She told me 2. Got there right at 2. At 212 , an Asian lady tries 2 tell me she’s ready 4 me. Asks me for my color 5 times & for the 5th time I tried 2 tell her I Already gave them picked out (no English). Then she tries to sit me down @ a nail station & I tell her I’m getting toes & nails at SAME time. So I sit until 2:22 as everyone acts confused. Finally an English speaking attendant asks me again what I need done. Then she asks if I just need nailpolish on the toes , I say yes but she meant to just sit & get them painted- NO lol I want to sit my feet in the bath , get a proper pedicure that’s worth paying for WHILE getting nails done same time . Could see English speaking woman talking to man telling him to call someone(probably another employeee) I was on vacation- no time for that- so I left. What gets me is that- someone called ME! ADVICE- Get someone who can understand English Well to handle the phones at ALL times. Hello?
