Tiki Tan Goshen, INVery knowledgeable and friendly staff. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Love the red light therapy & tanning offered at this location. I just wish Tiki Tan had more than one red light bed at each of their locations.

I waited until my package expired to leave a review. i purchased a 30 day package for $68. When paying that much for tanning, i expect the salon to be open for posted hours (totally understand emergencies ect) however, i went to tan on a Saturday (hours posted said 4oclock closings) i arrived at the salon at 330, and doors were locked with lights off. no note on the door saying had to leave or anything. i emailed and fb messaged the salon, and the fb message was left read and unanswered.

To put me in a bed that wasn’t clean thoughhh?? Then reset me only for me to get redressed because the bed won’t come on?? Thhennnn to say ofh it was in reset mode as if was my fault or something. I’m a business owner and this particular employee needs better customer appreciation. I’ve already spent $100 in this establishment and all sales are final….of course it is. Very unpleased.Since then the issue was rectified and Brooke was very helpful to the situation❤Some of the girls are very nice, but some are very unprofessional.
