The nurses and other people that work there are so nice and friendly. When I come there for an appointment, I feel like I am seeing friends. The nurses never try to push services you don’t want. They, also, are very good at not overdoing treatments. No overuse of filler or Botox. Very natural and effective results. All around wonderful office.

I had been going here for quite some time. All the staff has been very nice. Unfortunately things must have changed recently. They had convinced me to join a program to get Botox more frequently to eventually earn free Botox. They even called to remind me of the time to get it last time and gave me the discount I was due for the program. However, I just called to schedule getting Botox again and now that it’s the time to get my free session they say I waited too long LAST TIME (when they called me to stay on schedule) so I’m out of the program and don’t have any discounts or free Botox due. Treating loyal customers like this is just wrong and poor business practice! Luckily I have already found another local place to go from a friend’s referral.
