The beds are very old and outdated and the bulbs are weak. I tried talking with the staff about it and asked over several visits if a different bed would produce a tan. I was constantly told something different and with no change. I asked for a refund and was yelled at, accused by an employee of being a lier and hung up on. Even after speaking with the owner the lack of customer service continued and I was again told sorry your out of luck I’m not refunding your money it’s only $40 so get over it and hung up on. Locally owned modern sunny atmosphere. With beds of different levels. Also spa treatments available by appointment. My favorite beautician Holly always gets my hair on point. !

I will never come here again. I usually go to Tropitan but for Convenience I went here. I took a shower 18 hours after my spray tan and it COMPLETLEY washed off. I’m splotchy and streaky from the little bit that was left. I am SO angry. Now I’m on the beach completley embarreaed because of this awful spray tan.

I’ve been telling staff that I have not been tanning in the level four for weeks now. I was about to tan last week when the screen said “error change lamps”. I told staff and they said the owner won’t change them and that they’ve had a lot of complaints. I won’t be a returning customer.
