I went for a massage (my first ever!) today at Blue Ocean Spa and I am very disappointed in the service I received. When I arrived I was told to go to room 5 and “get ready“. Nobody showed me where to go. The man at reception simply pointed to the door. I let myself in and walked down the hallway to find room 5. I proceeded to find the light switch and shut the door. I began to get undressed and before I could cover myself, the masseuse, Esther, suddenly walked in. She didn’t knock, she didn’t announce herself, she didn’t ask if I was ready, she just walked in. That was awkward but I let it slide and attempted to relax and enjoy the massage.
