I use to love coming to Sports Clips but this place is now horrible! I’ve given them more chances then they deserve but every time I tell them how to cut my hair they just seem to ignore what I tell them. Now they don’t even ask what I put in my hair and just put whatever they want. Don’t come here unless you want a horrible cut. Today they aren’t even playing any sports on the TV’s just kids cartoons!!! Come on!!!

Took my teenage son for a cut last week, with a few pictures, all he needed was the back and sides shaped up. Poor kid came out looking like Moe from the 3 stooges, he was ready to cry, sides and back looked like they were blunt cut with scissors versus clippers and she took a lot of length off the top.

My husband went there today. Worst haircut. She did not know how to layer or feather. All he asked for was for above the collar, layered and feathered. Chrystal did a horrible job. If she did not know how to cut his hair , she should have had a more experienced person do it. There is literally a straight line in the back. If you like your current hair style DO NOT GO HERE. Shelly does an awesome job! It’s a very relaxing place to go to. Ever since I’ve seen Shelly, I haven’t had any more migraine headaches for a year now. When you get your hair washed and the way they massage your head with the lavender mint is what kept me from having migraine headaches. I will always tip well, give a shot if you really like the person you see, just go up to that person and give them a tip raise, it goes a long way, and they will remember you every time you show up.

The app works once in a blue moon, always says they can’t take any more, I have even checked at 7am. Walked in about 20 minutes after open and signed in, 2 people ahead of me and a 2 hour for one person. If you can’t get in on the app do not walk in. This has happened a number of times. I will say the staff is always nice when you go in.
