Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityNew to the area drove by this place hoping to find a salon for my family. Walked in at 10 asked about scheduling an appointment for a haircut and nails. Lady was rude and said we don’t do nails here. I stated that it said on the website that yall do. She said if you walk over here I can tell you where to get your nails done. Which she did, and even though the lady was being a little rude I still made an appointment with her to get a haircut for my son. She told me to be back at 1. Which I was on time, when we arrived no one asked if they could help us. So we sat down as the person we scheduled the appointment with was finishing up on a haircut. She then asked for someone to go get her client. I waited to see what was going on. The person a head of us was getting color and I needed to get back to work. So I got up and stated I guess we don’t have an appointment. Explaining to the girls that we made an appointment with Ms. Robin but looks like we don’t have that appointment anymore. One stylist asked another stylist that was sitting in the back if she could take my son and she said no. So we left and this salon will not get my business for my family. New to the area drove by this place hoping to find a salon for my family. Walked in at 10 asked about scheduling an appointment for a haircut and nails. Lady was rude and said we don’t do nails here. Breanna was great! Very accommodating! I called wanting to schedule a last minute haircut for my daughter before she headed out of town to visit the inlaws and extended family in Illinois. Breanna did a fantastic job on her very thick long naturally blonde and neglected head of hair!! Thanks to Breanna my sweet beautiful daughter felt beautiful with her new doo!! Thank you Breanna!!

Love JaLynn who does the pedicures there. She is also a hairstylist there. She takes her time, does a great job with the pedi and is amazingly sweet. Makes you feel comfortable while you are there getting pampered .
