I have taken my 19 year old Autistic daughter here multiple times and have never had a problem. I dropped her off this time and my daughter ended up leaving in tears because the hairdresser didn’t listen to what she asked. When I came to get her, I asked the hairdresser what happened and she claimed my daughter asked for chin length hair. I know she went in there with a very definite plan of what she wanted (she spends days planning something to prepare herself) but even if she didn’t communicate properly, she cut her hair above chin length. The hairdresser may not understand, but it is devastating to a child with special needs. I hope next time she can take the time to really try to listen to the customer.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueUpdate!The area manager is an incredible hairstylist.. I couldn’t be more happy with the job the she did fixing my hair.. She was very professional very nice and a great conversationalist.. I’m sure there are other great hairstylists at supercuts.. My previous experience was not great.. But she more than made up for it. I do recommend supercuts.. I have been a frequent flyer here for the past two years as I have finally found someone who can actually layer my hair in a flattering cut. But today’s experience left me wondering if I should stay or should I go mode. My appointment was at 10:00 for both a color and a cut which is my usual MO….and everything was hunky dory until my stylist who I refuse to call out, put me in a chair for 40 minutes to let the colors process. No big deal right, she set an alarm as I waited. During this time she cut three other clients hair …halfway through the 3rd client’s haircut my alarm went off. My stylist continued to cut the other client’s hair without so much as a color check on my pretty little head. So after another 10 minutes goes by I yell out to her that my alarm had gone off. She simply shrugged her shoulders and says that in reality I am good for an hour. She continued cutting and finishing 3rd client’s hair before strolling back to me. I thought for sure my hair was going to be totally burned and left to melt off my head. She then removes the foil, conditions my hair and leaves me sitting there another 10 minutes which has never happened in all the years I’ve been going to salons. In the end, my hair was way over processed and to add to the insult and injury she charged me $20 more than she ever has. So no, I won’t me returning to this Salon ever again. The End

This is a great place to get the basics (hair cut, shampoo, color, etc.), but don’t expect miracles. Staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. Please be patient with the people who are working at places that provide a service like this. During the pandemic, longer wait times can be attributed to businesses not being able to find staff and it’s not the fault of those actually working. I’ve seen too many folks being rude to these decent people.

I stopped in at 11:30 this morning to see if I could get my hair cut today. I was told that the next available was 2:30 or 3pm. I said Sure. The girl asked which one, and I said 2:30, since I live just a mile away. So I come back at 2:30, and I sit down to wait since both girls are busy. After they call up 3 people, the same girl who helped me this morning asks if I’m waiting to do a walk-in. I explain that No, I signed up for 2:30 with her earlier today. The other girl remembered me coming in. But they were just going to make me wait until after everybody else now. Totally clueless employee – I will never go back

Their ad states that styling starts at $8.00. My wife had a shampoo ($6.00) and a styling ($21.00). When I mentioned the discrepancy the stylist said $8.00 was for short hair. My wife’s hair is shoulder length. Their prices for styling are too high and their website is deceptive. Hairstyling
