Man I love this place. I got the VIP special they pampered me by cutting my hair the way I want sat me down in a massaging chair wrapped my face in a hot towel as they washed my hair and they they dried and styled my hair, and gave me a shoulder rub. Boy did it felt good and so relaxing. By far the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. Thumbs up. I would definitely go back.

This was the worst haircut I have ever received. First off, the stylist was unprofessional. She was short and rough throughout the entirety of my haircut. That, however, I can deal with. What I cannot deal with is the HORRIBLE haircut I received. She did not follow a single word of direction that I gave her. She disregarded everything I said in terms of length and style and did her own thing. There were notes left from the last stylist that did my hair and I confirmed to her that that was what I wanted done again- none of which happened. Extremely disappointed.

HIRE MORE HAIRCUTTERS! Within 10 minutes of opening you have a 4+ hour waitlist! If you are having trouble hiring haircutters then increase your hiring wages! I’ve literally watched at least 5 customers enter and leave when they see the wait list and the stores only been open for 20 minutes. The weekends are some of your most popular days and right now there are only two stylists working. I enjoy the haircuts here but I will not be returning to wait 2+ hours for a haircut.

Great experience! I didn’t have a reservation (tho I recommend usually having one, but still only had to wait 25 min. The haircut was excellent, just what I asked for, first time. Great, friendly service and personal treatment. I recommend the full treatment with shampoo, hot face towels & shave, & head massage, etc. after the cut. Well worth the extra cost. Oh, by the way, it’s free on your first visit, too.
