I have came to this place 2 times… first time to get my daughter a haircut. Only one stylist… who hardly spoke to my daughter or any of us. The haircut was decent. Second time, I entered in the morning, everyone turned to me and looked at me like I had the plague and stared. I asked if they took walk ins. I was told to try back in a few hours. Now, I understand that they have appointments but a nice greeting and a little conversation goes along way. You know like, “I have an appointment at such and such time, should finish up with her around this time, and then I will be free.” Something of that nature. I am already the type that doesn’t necessarily enjoy taking the time to go to the salon, but I really hate when I enter and feel unwelcomed and unwanted.

Would be nice if business had employees when open sign and business hours says “open”. Love seeing stepped out for a moment and business is closed 11am- 1pm for no reason.
