Critical: QualityWent here for a full set on Friday and made an appointment for 11:45a. Was not seen until 30 minutes after my SCHEDULED appointment. Finally I was seen by a man who clearly did not know what he was doing (another 40 minutes waisted) then he made me switch to Holly. Holly then undid everything the guy did and basically started from scratch. She was able to get the design I wanted but not even a few hours later two of my nails started to pop off! I got charged $57 for a full gel set and a design on both hands. As for the cleanliness of the shop that needs work. There are boxes everywhere.
