I went to this office in December of 2021 and paid in full, as I am cash pay and payment is expected at time services are rendered. I did not have any additional lab work done. My balance was ZERO. Almost a year later, I get a bill for $71. I have argued its validity with the office to no avail. They have now sent it to collections. I am only 19 years old and don’t want to start with a bad mark on my credit but also don’t feel it is right to pay for something that is an absolute bogus charge. I have read other reviews that have stated similar complaints. What kind of scam billing is their office doing? PATIENTS BEWARE. And I can only imagine how they bill insurance companies….

My grandmother was diagnosed w melinoma over a month ago. This has failed her by getting the refferal going need by her oncologist and cancer surgeon. Office nurse, referral coordinater as well as office manager has still failed to communicate as to why this hasnt been handled. And thats after the dr. There said 4 days after her results said this referral was considered urgent. So whats really going on? Who owns this practice? Office manager cant even do her job nor make office staff do theirs… Even after doctor said it was a urgent referral. I wont stop calling and putting reviews until this matter is handled professionally the way it should have in the first place. These results were discovered end of april….. Come on people DO YOUR JOB!!!!! THERES NO EXCUSE!!!! THIS IS A DEADLY DISEASE!!!!
