I have never in my life. 28 years old have ever walked out so upset and frustrated on how I looked after I gave very simple and direct instructions. It was the worst haircut ever. I actually cried after what was done. 0 stars is an accurate description. It will take a month of embarrassment before it grows out to be decent again. Everyone in the store saw me and knew. I will never step foot here again that I promise.

Definitely glad we came here! 🙂 Marissa cut my hair while Robin cut my husband’s, and both stylists were excellent. They are patient and double-check with you before making a final cut to ensure you’re happy with the length. Marissa and Robin were both very friendly, showed wonderful customer dedication, and provided very fast, efficient service even though it was very busy during that time (on a Friday night).

If they pull out the clippers you’re getting ripped off. You can buy clippers for 10 bucks and do it yourself at home. Haircuts should be done with a scissors.
